Print Preview fails when DLP Chrome or Edge Extension is enabled

Issue/Introduction

When printing from certain websites, when the DLP Chrome or Edge extension is enabled, the print preview fails to populate.
The print preview window appears but does not complete.
This only happens in Chrome or Edge when the DLP Chrome extension is enabled.

Environment

Release : 15.8 MP2

Component : Endpoint Prevent

Cause

There is a conflict with the Extension during the build of the .pdf file before the Print Preview.

Resolution

A new Symantec Extension was built for Chrome and Edge to resolve the issue.

Updated the Symantec Extension to 16.0.100 and the issue was resolved.

The Symantec Extension can updated in two ways:

1. Chrome auto-update

2. By the company's group policy (LGPO)
