WinPE builds don't finish loading on Virtual Machines after upgrading the VMWare

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the VMWare,  computers don't boot into WinPE anymore.  It stops at the Windows logo splash screen. 

Environment

 

 

Cause

The latest version of Windows ADK should be installed on the server.

Resolution

Install the latest version of Windows ADK and WinPE Add-on on the server then recreate the boot disk:

You can check the Windows ADK Version on the GSS Server > Control Panel.
