Issue/Introduction

Started task BUNLSRT1 receives multiple dynamic allocation errors with all reports coming and the BUNDLSER for Bundl abended for several hours.

Resolution

There was a backup job that ran backups for two L-SERVs, that run in another LPAR on the same sysplex, that were holding the BUNDL VSAM files:

 xxxxxxxx.BUNDL.DPM*

The procedure was:

• Stop the second L-SERV
• Allow the backup job to finish
• Start up the two L-SERVs and two BUNDLs.
