Page is blank when adding .xlsx file in collaboration tab

Issue/Introduction

After a recent upgrade, you are trying to add a .xlsx file under Projects>>Collaboration.  When you click upload, the Document Manager page becomes blank

app-ca.log files show FATAL log

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class org.apache.poi.ooxml.POIXMLTypeLoader

Environment

Release :16.0.2

Component :PPMPRM

Cause

Incorrect xmlbeans.jar is in Clarity_HOME\lib folder

Resolution

Make sure you have the correct version of xmlbean.jar
