Resolution

Set implementing Monitor startup  parameter BINARYDELTA=NEVER, which suppresses the capture of the change delta in PDS monitor for load modules. With suppression enabled, you are alerted only when a PDS member in a critical load library has changed, and has an audit trail that shows the member name. To suppress the change delta capture, specify BINARYDELTA=NEVER in the CEMMPRM member. For more information, see Customize the Change Monitor Component.
