How do I create the diagnostic report for the Alert Central product?

Environment

Release : 14.0

Component : Alert Central

Resolution

To create the diagnostic report using a support utility, run the following command:
                        /opt/brcm/AlertCentral/bin/support.sh gather-diagnostics

This will generate a ac-diagnostics_yyyy-mm-dd_HH-MM.tar.gz archive with diagnostic data (see picture), please forward us the **tar.gz file for analysis.
