Unable to login BSI portal

Issue/Introduction

Dear Team,

We've successfully migrate the database form 11g to 19c database. Post the migration we're unable to login BSI application its showing some error. Please check attached screenshot and suggest.

Query t_system_configurations table to evaluate if it is point to correct BSI server name update it with correct values.
