How can I change the folder where the Microsoft Project integration saves the mpp files and the logs and tmp folder?

Resolution

The MSP integration saves those files in the Microsoft Project 'Default File Location'.

You can change this path in the Microsoft Project options (File > Options > Save > Default File Location):
