Issue/Introduction

Several onload script for Catalog form that works when viewed in English language but does not work when viewed on Portuguese.
Upon selecting a catalog offering, we are presented with this error when viewing on Portuguese language.
Browser console has the following error message: ERROR TypeError: jQuery.browser is undefined

 

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : SDM - Service Point

Cause

Locale is sent incorrectly inside of the index.html file

Resolution

Service Point 17.3 ru 12 getting onload script when loading in Portuguese but works fine in English.  

Locate the index.html file inside C:\Program Files\CA\xFlow\APPS\Services\incidentmicroservice-17.0.479\public 

open the .html file as .txt file to edit it

Locate the line <script src="apps/11/locale/

Change it to pt-BR or local language you would like for it render in.

Recycle xFlow service
