CICS Transaction Data Not Showing in MOI but is marked TSD in SYSVIEW

Issue/Introduction

There is no data populate in MOI for CICS transaction data, such as CPUTIME/DSPTIME/etc. even though they are marked for TSD in SYSVIEW and we see bytes being sent from the category in CADPROD.

Resolution

Fixed by scheduling the SYSVIEW SYSTEM-TRANS collection sub task to run and collect the CicsTran category metric data so that it could be sent to MOI for processing.
