Jaspersoft log4j vulnerability version 2.17

When replaced these log4j files with 2.17.2 as instructed, but when I restarted the Jaspersoft service that we cannot access any report or domain, etc in the Advanced Reporting, it got hung whenever we clicked any icon in the reporting console.

Error Message in Jaspersoft Logs:

ERROR SecureExceptionHandlerImpl,http-nio-8094-exec-3:116 [|superuser] - There was an error on the server. Try again or contact site administrators.

a) Flush all the Browser Cache

b) Restart the Jaspersoft Apache Tomcat

If the above steps did not fix the issue, then please restart the VM/Physical Server
