Column Value changes to #NAME? when the column value has = while exporting to csv

Issue/Introduction

Export to CSV, column value changes to  #NAME? for any string attribute that has a value which starts with = (example =- Project ABC). 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to clarity and navigate to Modern UX
2. Now in the project module, update the Project name to =- Project ABC
3. Click on Export to CSV and open in Excel 

Expected Results:  The value in CSV should also have project name as =- Project ABC. 

Actual Results: The value in CSV, when opened in EXCEL, shows #NAME? as its treating them as an incorrect formula.  

 

Environment

Release : 15.9.3 Patch #4 (15.9.3.4), 16.0.0, 16.0.1, 16.0.2

Cause

DE65452 - This is a regression. This was working up through 15.9.3 Patch #3 (15.9.3.3) and broke in 15.9.3 Patch #4 (15.9.3.4). 

Resolution

• Targeted Fix in Release 16.0.3 
• Targeted Fix in Release 15.9.3 Patch #5 (15.9.3.5) 

Additional Information

• CSV exports from both Classic and Modern UXs have been fixed in the versions mentioned above
