Uprocs goes to Refused status with No M.U for this level

Issue/Introduction

Randomly, some Uprocs that have a Dependency on another Management Unit or HDP go directly to status Refused with the following error in the history trace:

Dependency  Cond. 001 Prop. 01 :
No M.U for this level

It's not always the same Uproc that fails, some days it works, some days it don't.
Sometimes the condition that has the issue is a typical normal condition based on a Specific MU and sometimes is a HDP Condition like {X;X} or {;X}

Cause

Defect: Under particular circumstances, the MU context in a dependency condition was not correctly resolved.

Resolution

Workaround:

Bypass the uproc condition.

Solution:

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
