Date Simulator release 2.0 abends in CICS 5.6 at PLT initialization with abend AEY9 in module WARPCTIM.

Issue/Introduction

Did a new install of Date Simulator release 2.0 in CICS 5.6. When CICS 5.6 is started the Date Simulator PLT load module WARPCTIM abends with an AEY9. The  Date Simulator cumulative fix level TF1D335 currently being used works in CICS 5.4.

Cause

Date Simulator r 2.0 cumulative fix level does not support CICS 5.6. CICS 5.6 is supported by Date Simulator cumulative fix level TF1D338. 

Resolution

Apply cumulative fix level TF1D338.  Since Date simulator is not under SMP control the client can browse the Date Simulator CICS load modules below to verify the link  edit time and date stamps.
The time and date stamps listed below are shipped with cumulative fix TF1D338.
