The LDAPSync is failing with the error message below. The username and password have been verified to be correct.
ERROR Could not connect to AE server. Please check AE username and password.

In the Ldapsync.xml, please make sure it is using the JCP port number as explained in section "AE Element Attributes" of the documentation below.
