Does SDM have a limit on how many tickets it can store before an archive-purge must be done?

There is no hard guideline for the number of tickets SDM can handle before an Archive and Purge must be run.
There are too many variables in play for us to provide a solid number.
The customers environment, ticket configuration, and the contents of future tickets are some of the items that would need to be considered.
Archive and Purge rules should be part of regular maintenance in environments to ensure performance in any environment.
