S_P0XX is displayed instead of S_PXX in the Job Log after uxset parm

Issue/Introduction

Display issue: the job log of the successor uproc of a session when the previous uproc/s has transmitted a hvar with a command like: "uxset parm "param1"
Instead of seeing S_P1, we see S_P01 (additional 0 is added to the number of the parameter).

Additional Information

Solution description: When using uxset param command, in the next uproc job's log, the value of the parameter is set as S_P0x instead of S_Px (for values of x inferior than 10).
