External Condition is lost when replacing an object in a Workflow

Issue/Introduction

If an external condition is exchanged by selecting "Replace" from the menu and selecting another workflow or task, external condition is turned into a regular condition.

This problem does not exist in AWI/AE 12.2.3 or 12.2.5 

Environment

Release : 12.3.x and 21.0.x

Component : Automic Web Interface

Cause

A problem has been fixed with external conditions getting lost on Replace.

Resolution

Solution:

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
