Mac OS 12 is showing as Mac OS 11 on enforce console

Issue/Introduction

It is observed that, for macOS endpoints on DLP agent 15.8 MP1 and below, macOS 12 operating system shows as macOS 11 on agent list on enforce console.

 

Environment

DLP agent 15.8 MP1 and below

Resolution

This issue is fixed in DLP agent 15.8 MP2.

Customers using macOS 12 should upgrade their agents to 15.8 MP2. After agent upgrade, agent list on Enforce Server console will show correct OS i.e., macOS 12.
