Resolution

The Endevor option table allows to change the severity of several messages.
This is documented in the body of CSIQSRC(ENCOPTBL) option table itself.

To change a severity, go to 'MSGSEVERITY TABLE' in the CSIQSRC(ENCOPTBL) options table.
Uncomment and change value to W in the option, ie 'ENHOPT MSGSEVERITY_C1G0231=W             W/E       O000893' 

Recompile the CSIQSRC(ENCOPTBL) options table and redo the action.
