IM keeps losing connection to the hub and re-connect after awhile

Issue/Introduction

 Infrastructure Manager keeps losing connection to the and reconnects after awhile. Is it due to to some Memory or CPU Issues?

Environment

Release : All versions 

Component : UIM - hub

Cause

There are too many old niscache files, the processing of which was taking a while for the hub, resulting in loss of connectivity. Messages like this was indicating that:

Jun  8 16:22:27:938 [4792] 3 Controller: ReadCacheFile - file D:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft/niscache\MF190AB5D6077258F4872F1452F8F06C.met too old, skipping

Resolution

Clearing niscache resolved the problem
