Issue/Introduction

Get the following error messages in MSGPRINT DD when trying to restore a dataset:

ADSFAMS2 4105 <dataset name> => IGW01306T A NON-TOLERATED I/O ERROR WAS DETECTED.BPAM   .- J.&H .   @   *** 
ADSDM077*0450 <dataset name>                 WAS NOT RESTORED DUE  TO PREVIOUS ERROR(S)

Cause

If the dataset was backed up with DISK R12.5  AND the dataset is a PDS/e.

Resolution

PTF LU05440 has been created to address this condition.
