We set up the LDAP sync and we have noticed that when we sync a contact with LDAP it is not bringing over office location data. We would like this data to be brought over for users and used to help us route incidents.

To prepopulate the fields such as address or organization, one needs to perform customization by copying ldap.maj file and creating a mod file within $NX_ROOT\site\mods\majic directory.
There does not appear to be any way for CA SDM to sync location data in a meaningful way, which answers our question.
