Issue/Introduction

No events seen from DX Netops Performance Management in Spectrum, Syncing is working with no error

Cause

The Spectrum OneClick server integrated with the DX Netops Portal cannot resolve the hostname of the DX Netops Portal

Looking at the catalina.out/stdout.log from the Spectrum OneClick server we see:

java.net.UnknownHostException: <Netops Portal Hostname>

Resolution

Make sure that the Dx Netops Spectrum OneClick server can resolve the hostname of the DX Netops Portal, then restart Tomcat on Dx Netops Spectrum OneClick server.
