Issue/Introduction

Experience script is setup but continuing to violate with a low Apdex score

Cause

There are many reasons that this could be happening:

• There is a temporary issue preventing the script from completing i.e. connection issue, problem with the web server or one of the web pages that the script is traversing

Resolution

Go into the web path, drill down into a specific test where the script fails and you will be able to see:

1. Which milestone the failure occurs on
2. A screenshot of the error present when the failure occurs
