Issue/Introduction

When a user tries to click the link in the notification email for incident snapshot set in response rule, they are getting the error below:

"An unexpected error has occurred. Contact your system administrator if this problem persists."

Environment

DLP 15.X

Cause

The original link to retrieve the incident snapshot is encoded with Office365 SafeLinks.

Resolution

Have the team managing the O365 change the Safe Link settings for O365 apps to exclude emails coming from Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
