CA Virtual Network Assurance DX NetOps CA Performance Management - Usage and Administration

Upgraded VNA with no issues during installation, in Spectrum it is ok but in PM it is Operational Status Down.

There were no errors during the upgrade.

DX NetOps Performance Management integration with Virtual Network Assurance is not working. The Gateway remains in Operational Status Down post upgrade.

The Administrative Status is Up but the Operational Status remains Down.

We've tried setting the Gateway to Administrative Status Down, then Up again but no change to the problem.

We've tried restarting the wildfly service with no change to the problem.

In the RootException.log file on the Data Collector connected to the Gateway we see the following error. Note the "Credentials are missing" part of the error.

All supported DX NetOps Performance Management releases

The Gateway was configured to use a user named "Performance Center" that did not exist in VNA.

The Gateway was reconfigured to use the VNA default admin:admin Username and Password. Once saved the problem is resolved.

The Operational Status will show as Up after saving the change.

Additional Information

Note that the VNA documentation does show how the VNA admin user name and password can be modified post installation. Ensure the correct user name and password are used.
