Issue/Introduction

When integrated with Microsoft Intune, SEP Mobile unwanted app incidents do not close in the Management Console after the unwanted app has been removed from the device.

Cause

SEP Mobile's Intune integration is using the deprecated V1 Microsoft Intune app sync API, instead of the currently supported V2 API.  Use of the deprecated API causes an issue with the method used to close the unwanted app incident.

Resolution

Broadcom is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.
