How to unblock the expired password for the user on https://portal.broadcom.com/?
When I tried to change the Password I got the message "Password reset is not allowed for this user"

Release : 16.0.2
Component :CLARITY
Resolution
Please click on the below link:
a) https://portal.broadcom.com/web/guest/forgotpassword
b) Then Enter the below User ID, which is based on your email address
The New Password will send to the email that registered with Okta Admin
