Issue/Introduction

What is the cause of the following:       

PROTECTION FILE I/O MANAGEMENT LOGIC ERROR, CODE=212
FRAME(IN): (EOF) SEG#2 MISSING * ERROR MESSAGE = PV093

Resolution

The following error is sometimes reported when executing PAN#2

 FRAME(IN): (EOF) SEG#2 MISSING   * ERROR MESSAGE  = PV093 * 

This is usually due to a corrupted PANDD3 input file.
To bypass the problem, we suggest specifying a prior good GDG as input.
If that is not available, then an empty one can be substituted as a workaround if this is a Match/Merge run.
You may also be able to get more information by executing a PAN#2 ++PRINT BACKUP
