The PC was upgraded successfully. The error we saw in the CARE file was because you ran the upgrade twice. We only use the SSO_DIR for PC install summary screen.
Engineering informed that there is a change in 21.2.12 to remove the extra entry from /var/.com.zerog.registry.xml that is causing that APP_DIR null issue.
