Issue/Introduction

LDAP 15.1. The Top Secret LDAP connector (Sailpoint) is not returning all ACIDs in a query. No error messages on the Top Secret side or against the LDAP server or DSI server started tasks.

These are from the SailPoint application which connects to LDAP:

Resolution

The problem was caused by not enough heap storage. The heap setting in CEE_RUNOPTS was raised from:

heap(1m,128k,anywhere,free,8k,4k)


to:

heap(20m,128k,anywhere,free,8k,4k)
