MTC-NM: Login accepts userID and password then drops back to login screen

Issue/Introduction

Customer reported that testing of MTC-NM failed, as the login screen accepts userID and password, but the login gets interrupted and

drops back to the initial screen.

Environment

Release : 12.2

Component : NetMaster Network Management for TCP/IP

Resolution

Customer had Enable Secure Prefix set but were using HTTP.  The resolution steps are as follows:

1.  =/PARMS

2.  u                 $NM WEBCENTER     Web Interface Controls 

3.  Change this to NO:

 Enable Secure URL Prefix? ..... NO        (YES or NO)     

4.  F6=Action

5.  F3=File

6.  Logon to Web using HTTP now.
