Apply job failing with RC=08 when trying to apply the DSINSVC usermod to change the CVKEY
Review of apply output shows the following errors:

The CAUSE of this error is due to NOT having some of the Dispatch libraries, specifically the CADSMAC library where the IDMSMSVC module resides, defined in your SMP/E syslib concatenation.
To resolve the problem, you are going to need to update your Dispatch SMP/E concatenation (JCL and/or DDDEF's) to include the following libraries in the concatenation and rerun the the apply.
