GIM24001E RC=08 with ASMA057E on IDMSMSVC when installing CVKEY usermod DSINSVC

Issue/Introduction

Apply job failing with RC=08 when trying to apply the DSINSVC usermod to change the CVKEY

Review of apply output shows the following errors:

GIM24001E ** ASSEMBLER PROCESSING FOR SYSMOD DSINSVC FAILED FOR MODULE CADSSVC IN THE SMPSTS LIBRARY. THE RETURN CODE (08) EXCEEDED THE ALLOWABLE VALUE. DATE 22.158 - TIME 15:31:17.                                            
GIM30216I    APPLY PROCESSING FAILED FOR SYSMOD DSINSVC. SYSTEM UTILITY PROCESSING FAILED FOR AN ELEMENT IN DSINSVC.    
GIM20501I    APPLY PROCESSING IS COMPLETE. THE HIGHEST RETURN CODE WAS 08.

Cause

The CAUSE of this error is due to NOT having some of the Dispatch libraries, specifically the CADSMAC library where the IDMSMSVC module resides, defined in your SMP/E syslib concatenation.

Resolution

To resolve the problem, you are going to need to update your Dispatch SMP/E concatenation (JCL and/or DDDEF's) to include the following libraries in the concatenation and rerun the the apply.
