Can you explain the purpose of CA Spool CAI.CBQ4XML dataset under release 14.0 of Spool?

Resolution

The CBQ4XML dataset was used previously by CSM to hold the XML files required to install CA Spool. Now it has a new purpose that is the Sysview PTF Analysis. If you are a Sysview customer you may get additional information about the SMP/E environment and the PTF applied to your CA Spool. 

In any case, the CA Spool 14.0 started task itself does NOT use this CBQ4XML library for any of its functionalities.
