ROS206E: UPS UPDATE FAILED FOR USER SLZ LBRBECDE=xx, LBRBXRC=yy

LBRBXRC: Extended return code meanings.

ROS206e means there is a problem with the ROSLIBS

Note the extended return code (LBRBXRC) in the message:
ROS206E: UPS UPDATE FAILED FOR USER SLZ LBRBECDE=xx, LBRBXRC=yy

Look for the extended return code in the table below:
