Can multiple programs be specified in the PROGRAM/PGM parameter of an ACF2 access rule?

Answer: 

I want to restrict which programs can be used to access a dataset, but there are multiple programs
possible. Can multiple programs be specified for this parameter?

The PGM/PROGRAM parameter in an access rule for a dataset can only contain a single entry. The
value of this entry can be masked with * or - masking characters so that it would include multiple
similar program names. If multiple, non maskable, program names are required, multiple rule line
entries will need to be written.
