odf.updateCaptions causes OutOfMemory error (OOM)

Issue/Introduction

odf.updateCaptions is able to bring the server down with OutOfMemory for large datasets

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Connect to Clarity - Objects - Project - Views - Fields
2. Select the Field properties - click Translate icon
3. Enter data in the label fields, click Save

Expected Results: The update not to cause any issues

Actual Results: odf.updateCaptions seems to fetch a large String from CMN_CAPTIONS_NLS table which may bring the application down

Release : 16.0.2

Resolution

This is DE65378, caused by Action trace left on the user

Workaround: Always make sure the action trace is disabled after getting your traces
