Redirect in Operator Console is no longer working after CU2 (or CU3) application

Issue/Introduction

I have updated to 20.4 CU2 (or CU3) and now when typing in the IP or hostname for the Operator Console machine it is giving me a directory listing of the web server.

Environment

Release : 20.4 + CU2/CU3

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - WASP & CORE

Resolution

Manually re-deploy ump/ump_operatorconsole 20.42 to the Operator Console machine.

It is recommended to use the latest versions of ADE (20.43) and DISTSRV (9.35) probes available in the Web Archive (GA). These probes have been enhanced to honor the probe deployment order as per the info.pkg file.
