Auto numbering for Project Name attribute

Issue/Introduction

Create Project from template gives error 'API-1037 : Attributes name are required and must be non-empty’ in New UI when the attribute ‘Project Name’ on Project object is enabled for auto numbering.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Enable Project Name Attribute for autonumbering on Project object from Classic UI
2. Navigate to New UI and create a Template on Project Blueprint 
3. Publish the blueprint
4. Navigate to Projects menu in New UI grid layout
5. Associate a project template with blueprint published in step 3.
6. Create a project using template (from step 5) 

Expected Results: The project should be created successfully. 

Actual Results: It gives error 'API-1037 : Attributes name are required and must be non-empty'.
