Issue/Introduction

Using CSM (MSM) to install Endevor 18.1 fails when installing the web services component.

Environment

Release : 6.0

Component : Chorus Software Manager

Cause

The TSO ID using CSM (MSM) did not have authority to create their site's FS standards of 'OMVS' for the dataset highlevel. 

Resolution

The installation of Endevor 18.1 proved successful when the customer's TSO ID was given permission to create a FS with an OMVS highlevel.
