Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to send encrypted emails using the Notifications in Automic? How would you go about protecting sensitive information that gets created and emailed by Automic jobs?

Release : 9.3.5, 9.4.x

Resolution

Mail server email encryption is done on the mailserver side. Most products depend on the capabilities of the Mail Server for mail encryption.

We do not have the encryption for notification at the AM product level. Starting version 9.3.5, on the AM side  we can use an TLS/SSL connection when sending an email notification.
