CA Performance Management - Usage and Administration DX NetOps

Why can't the user copy and paste within the group area they have Administer Group permissions? Is this functioning as designed?

  • User has the role right to "Administer Groups Owned by You and Others"
  • User has access permissions to "My Custom Groups" and "All Groups"
  • User has "Administer Groups" permission for a sub group under "All Groups".  We'll call it "Testgroup1"
  • User creates multiple groups under "TestGroup1".

The User can create or edit groups fine but the user cannot copy and paste any groups within the the "TestGroup1" sub group that the user has Administer Group permissions over.

The use is able to use the Copy function. The Paste function is always grayed out and unavailable for selection when selecting the target parent group to paste within.

Administrators can perform this task however.
