After upgrading from TDM 4.9.1 to TDM 4.10, we noticed the GT Datamaker is not able to connect to the gtrep repository running on SQL Server 2019.
We tried reconfiguring the connection profile, thinking perhaps something was not saved, or changed with the upgrade. However, testing the connectivity through the Windows 'ODBC Data Source Administrator (32-bit)' dialog, we are able to successfully connect to the SQL Server 2019 database. However, when attempting to connect through Datamaker, we see the following error:
When testing the configuration profile through the 'Create connection profile for Test Data Repository' dialog, we see the following error:
We are able to access TDM Portal, and ARD is able to connect to the gtrep repository using the TDMService. We just cannot access gtrep via DataMaker for some reason.
Database Fatal Error Message: Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server (MSOLEDBSQL) is not installed. (NOTE: the Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server (MSOLEDBSQL) was installed even though this message appears.

When testing the connection from the Windows ODBC (32-bit) dialog, the connection is successful. However, when testing it from within the 'Create connection profile for Test Data Repository, the connection fails with:
The connection details are valid BUT no CA Test Data Manager - DataMaker Test Data Repository tables were found.
Please make sure to install TDM Portal before DataMaker can be used....
