WAMUI external store Configuration support for TLS 1.2

Issue/Introduction

When trying to configure the WAMUI with external store(AD) over SSL the connection is not initializing.

Below are error message from server.log

Environment

WAMUI Version: 12.8 to 12.8.3

Resolution

Starting from 12.8.04. WAMUI supports TLS 1.2 for external store configuration. If you're using any lower version please open a case with support team to get the dev-fix.
