I'm trying to upgrade the Helpdesk connector from V188.8.131.52 to V1.2.1. I have removed the old version and did a new install. The install log show all good. However, when I tried to configure ServiceNow(ServiceNow) page in nimserver, the "Save and Test" button gave the error message.

Problem was with the cert from ServiceNow.
Once the correct cert was used, configuration was successful.
