Issue/Introduction

I'm trying to upgrade the Helpdesk connector from V1.1.0.39 to V1.2.1.  I have removed the old version and did a new install.  The install log show all good.  However, when I tried to configure ServiceNow(ServiceNow) page in nimserver, the "Save and Test" button gave the error message.

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

Problem was with the cert from ServiceNow.

Once the correct cert was used, configuration was successful.
