Issue/Introduction

There has been a report where some systems are exhibiting high CPU utilization with the Symantec Endpoint Encryption Management Agent after installing a .Net KB Update KB5013624.

Resolution

This is an issue that is currently being reviewed by Symantec Encryption Engineering.  For more information, please reach out to Symantec Encryption Support for a potential workaround.

This issue will be addressed in an upcoming release
