Unable to access netops portal

Issue/Introduction

I am unable to access the netops portal. When I connect, it gives a 500 error code. 

Environment

Release : 21.2

Component : Performance Management Portal Web UI

Resolution

The issue here was that SELinux was enabled. needed to disable SELinux 

1. Open the SELinux configuration file: /etc/selinux/config.
2. Locate the following line: SELINUX=enforcing.
3. Change the value to disabled: SELINUX=disabled.
4. reboot
