Dataset In Use Error Trying To Delete Top Secret Security Files

Issue/Introduction

Site needs to allocate new security files (BDAM and VSAM) with a larger number of ACCESSORS. When trying to delete the Top Secret security files while Top Secret was up, the following error occurred:

Dataset in use.

 

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

You can’t delete the active Top Secret files.
