PAM reports truncated

Issue/Introduction

PAM Admin is generating reports from PAM with all the privileged accounts and configured it to be delivered on email in PDF format.

After analyzing the report we noticed that the report only contains 7000 accounts, but there are more than 8000 account registered in the system. Is there a configuration that we can modify in PAM, so we can extend the setting to 15k accounts ?

 

 

Environment

Release : 3.4.x, 4.0.x. 4.1.x

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Resolution

Yes -> there is a setting under:

PAM UI >> Settings >> Credential Manager >> General Settings

Here we have the setting:

"Maximum Number of Report Entries"

Here -> please make the setting to the number of entries you want.  

Note: The more entries the slower the report will generate.
